Privacy Policy

Atlas Tempo is a mobile athlete operating system developed and operated as an independent product. References to "we", "us", and "our" in this policy refer to the Atlas Tempo team. Our contact email is hello@atlastempo.app.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account data — your email address and password (hashed) when you register an account.
• Athlete profile — name, date of birth, sport, weight class, competition goals, and lifestyle information you provide during onboarding.
• Health and fitness data — body weight logs, nutrition logs (meals, macros, calories), training sessions, sleep records, and recovery entries you create inside the app.
• Schedule data — events and blocks you add to your athlete schedule.
• Usage data — app interactions, feature usage, and crash reports used to improve the product.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are handled by Apple and Google via their respective app stores.

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the Atlas Tempo service
• Personalise your schedule, nutrition targets, and competition prep
• Generate AI-assisted meal and schedule suggestions (Pro subscribers)
• Maintain and improve product functionality
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Respond to support requests

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

All data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database platform hosted on AWS infrastructure in the European Union. Supabase uses row-level security (RLS) policies to ensure that each user can only access their own data.

Passwords are never stored in plain text. We use Supabase Auth which handles password hashing using industry-standard algorithms.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS at all times. We conduct regular reviews of our security practices.

We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

• Supabase — our cloud database and authentication provider processes your data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
• AI providers — when you use AI meal generation features, anonymised nutritional preferences may be sent to our AI provider. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the following rights under data protection law:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account directly in the app via Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes all your data.
• Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Restriction — request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

Atlas Tempo is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the UK and EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under these ages. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
