By downloading, installing, or using Atlas Tempo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Atlas Tempo is a mobile athlete operating system that provides scheduling, nutrition tracking, weight management, competition preparation, and related performance tools for athletes. The Service is available on iOS and Android devices.

To use Atlas Tempo, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@atlastempo.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Atlas Tempo offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro monthly and Pro annual). Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective billing terms. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means without our express written consent
• Create accounts by automated means or under false pretences

Atlas Tempo is a scheduling and tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and the information provided within the app — including nutrition targets, weight cut guidance, and training schedules — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, training, or weight management practices, particularly in the context of extreme weight cutting. Atlas Tempo accepts no liability for health outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

All content, design, software, and branding within Atlas Tempo is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the data you create within the Service (training logs, nutrition entries, schedule events, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the app. This action is immediate and permanent — all your data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or represent a risk to other users or the platform. Where possible, we will provide notice before taking such action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Tempo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

In no event shall Atlas Tempo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
